It’s been a weird month and we’re all in the same boat together. Haven’t seen the team in a while but I’m so proud of them for getting in their work on their own (even caught a glimpse of @dance_frank_dance out on his long run today). I’m lucky that my marital duties still allow me to play in-person coach for @aliagray. She may have had hopes for a track season but in the interim is staying focused and getting herself ready for when the next opportunity presents itself. Here she is crushing a long workout in the wind this morning before the snow rolls in tonight. She’ll spend the rest of the day with her feet up, I’ll spend the rest of the day smoking some meat for Easter Sunday brunch for the two of us. It may not be an ideal time, but it’s a time for us to have some perspective. It’s still a shame seeing so many people out meeting up in groups, please don’t be one of those people. Stay healthy, take this time to reflect and relax, be appreciative of those helping to mitigate the spread of the virus, and do your part by adhering to social distancing guidelines. Happy Easter everyone!

Flashback to last Saturday when @dance_frank_dance raced one of the last competitive sporting events held on US soil. Here he is at the #USATF 15km Champs, gritting his teeth, charging for the line, wishing he would’ve started his kick sooner, but still loving life. It was a simpler time then, pandemics weren’t the thing to fret about that day. He finished as runner-up in the race, but first-up in our hearts ❤️. Big day for him, more to come! 📸: @urimiscott
