Joining the Team

The goal of our team is to provide an environment conducive to long-term development for elite post-collegiate athletes.  Not all interested athletes will be accepted as the goal is to keep the group small so that individualized attention can be dedicated toward each athlete.  Training will include individualized workouts, strength and conditioning training, pre-hab soft tissue and chiropractic care, and injury rehabilitation when applicable.  If you are interested in being a part of the Roots Running Project, please fill out our brief performance survey below.  A more detailed follow-up survey will be sent before training begins:
