Her Story:

• Alia came into running during her junior year in high school, after a knee surgery kept her from playing soccer. She went on to enjoy 5 years of growth in the sport at Chico State, where she earned All-American honors in cross country and on the track. Following college, she made the jump to live and train in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. She is currently coached from afar by Dr. Joe Vigil with the assistance of her fiancee Dr. Richard Hansen (Roots Running Head Coach).
