I left the weekend exhausted physically and mentally, but revived. I left the weekend completely and utterly in love with track and field, running, and the people with the heart and drive to make it happen. I left with an overwhelming feeling of gratitude that I still get to practice honing my sport at this stage, and for the many, many people that support me and share in my highs and lows.
I will carry all of those sentiments with me as I thrust myself into the next training cycle.
