When we started the Roots Running Project, the goal was to provide an environment geared toward long term athletic development for Olympic hopefuls. The intent is to focus on the individual needs of each athlete to optimize their potential while providing a cohesive team support system. We would like to keep our group between 6-10 athletes max in an effort to maintain a controlled environment with specific athlete focused attention. All aspects of training will be incorporated and individualized, including strength, health care, lab testing, and nutritional support.
